Professional Service Works! Customer Service Employee Program uses the DiSC® Dimensions of Behavior model to help people learn to adapt their behavior to customers' needs. Through individual exercises, small group activities and a supporting video, employees will increase their professionalism. From negotiations to conflict resolution, employees will be more prepared to successfully nurture one-to-one relationships with clients while improving technical and teamwork skills.
