The Biblical Personal Profile System is a multi-level learning instrument that uses Biblical role models to help individuals better understand themselves and others. The profiles, in combination with the new Facilitator's Guide, can be used in a full day seminar for any Christian organization or church.
The Biblical Personal Profile System is based on the DiSC® Dimensions of Behavior model, which groups behavioral responses in to four dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Concientiousness.
Through the Biblical Personal Profile System, respondents learn to:
- Identify their Dimensions of Behavior
- Capitalize on their strengths
- Increase their appreciation of others
- Anticipate and minimize conflicts with others
Those who understand themselves and others, and who can adapt their behavior, may more effectively meet the needs of any given situation. Applications include: Committees, Supervision, Staff Development, Leadership, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Problem Solving, Counseling, Membership Classes, and Pastoral Care.
